DAILY PROGRAM

DAY 1

Arrival at Belgrade airport. Transfer to the hotel for accommodation. The rest of the day is free for time at leisure. Optional dinner at the hotel. Overnight Belgrade. 

DAY 2

Breakfast. Walking tour in Belgrade from the Republic Square along the main pedestrian street (“Knez Mihaylova”) to Kalemegdan Park and the Belgrade Fortress with its picturesque panorama to the confluence of Sava and Danube rivers. In the afternoon optional tour to Novi Sad and Sremski Karlovci. Short sightseeing tour of the small town of Sremski Karlovci - one of the most important Serbian spiritual centres famous for the abundance of local wineries. Novi Sad is the second largest city in Serbia, known as the Serbian Athens for its great role in the Revival of the Serbian people – here is the seat of some of the most important Serbian cultural institutions, including Matica Srpska. Here, on the shore of Danube River, you can witness one of the most impressive fortresses in Europe – Petrovaradin, called "Gibraltar on the Danube" – masterpiece of the fortification construction of the 18th century. Return to Belgrade in the evening. Optional dinner at the hotel. Optional visit to rakia bar with rakia (local brandy) tasting. Overnight in Belgrade.

DAY 3

Breakfast. A free day in Belgrade for shopping, visiting museums or walk along the Danube promenade or Zemun area. Optional boat trip along Sava and Danube rivers (approx. 1 hour). Optional dinner at Serbian local restaurant – “kafana”, with live music. Overnight in Belgrade.

DAY 4

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport and departure.

This tour operates for a minimum of 8 tourists.
Boat trips are made only if meteorological conditions are suitable.
Depending on weather conditions changes to the program can be done.
You will be asked to supply your flight details in case you are booking your international flights individually.

 

Bulgarian citizens traveling to the country need to have a valid passport or identity card at least 6 months after the date of entry in the country.
No medical or health conditions associated with the travel.
